What is NEW in our crediting activity is the fact that, besides the administration and supervision activity for the persons under financial difficulty, observation, reorganization or bankruptcy, etc., as the case may be, out of their own funds, the Insolvency Company FAUR CONSULTING ipurl, FAUR AL-INVEST CONTAB srl, etc. will provide to them the loans or guarantees necessary to develop current activities and/or re-establish, based on negotiations to be developed with the banks, creditors, investors, debtors etc., in order to agree upon, based on a SWOT analysis, therefore following to ensure, by transfer, in the account of the company under administration or supervision procedure, the requested advance payments, amounts to be subsequently recovered from the approved procedure costs, therefore allowing, as the case may be, to make the payment or guarantee before a third party, in the name of a debtor, by any member of the group, making sure that this way, by applying a joint management, COOPERATIST type, the necessary protection for the foreclosure actions, applying the management TAKE-OVER, relating to the administration/ coordination of activities of the person (natural or legal) under difficulty or in need of a capital input or the application of a FIDUCIARY ADMINISTRATION, through a transfer of real property, debt security, mortgage or any other patrimonial rights, current or future, for the use of beneficiaries. our company has the following fields of activity:
